Introduction to allergies
Allergies/intolerances can be inherited or can be caused by toxic stress overload. Allergic reactions occur at a biochemical level but it is now evident that it is the physical vibration of the allergen, rather than the chemical properties, which trigger allergic responses. Almost any substance can cause an allergic reaction but the most common allergens are wheat, milk, nuts, eggs, shellfish, house dust mite, moulds, latex, animal fur and chemicals.
